These proposed changes to the draft law would bring significant benefits to farmers by increasing choice, reducing bureaucracy, making Albania\u2019s agriculture industry more competitive with the EU, USA and internationally while enabling farmers to make greater returns from cultivating industrial cannabis.<\/p>\n\n\n<a
